As a young lad Ross began dabbling in audio as a hobby. The attraction of having fun with music and sound developed into a passion and eventually lead to Ross graduating with his degree as a Bachelor of Communications. Along the path to fulltime employment as an audio engineer Ross produced and engineered an EP for a popular band from his home town of Newcastle. He furthered his experience working at a Sydney recording studio and a Newcastle radio station.
