Can I pay a "once off" fee?
Yes. You can pay for recording sessions as you need them. If you believe you will return for more than one other recording session in a given year, you can save over 50% by choosing to pre-pay for updates.
Prices start from as low as $168(ex GST) for a single session.

Do I require an On Hold Player?
You will need to speak to your telephone technician to find out if your phone system requires an external audio device.
If it has the ability for an audio player to be connected, we recommend you purchase an on hold system so updating audio is fast and cost effective.
Please call and one of our team members may be able to assist with some technical advice.

Why do your prices seem "cheap"?
MEDIA GROUP is a specialised recording studio that is made up of audio engineers and booking agents. We do not have a sales team or push outbound telesales.
Our large turnover of audio productions also allows us to greatly reduce the costs to the consumer.
Think of it as dealing direct with the "manufacturer".

Is there extra fees for mixing music and SFX?
No. As long as you are purchasing a voice over, then we will mix your audio production at no extra cost.

Are you compliant with Televisions OP59 requirements?
Yes. We can render any audio to OP59 standards for Television broadcast.

What happens if there are mistakes in the recording?
We will redo any mis-pronunciations or errors that do not match the approve script at no charge.

Can I change the script after the recording session?
Yes. However, a new studio booking fee will apply and charges are based on the amount of script that has been updated.

How quickly can I have an announcement recorded?
Upon submitting a script to be recorded, we will book the studio and have the announcement ready within 24 hours.

Do I need to pay licencing fees?
Yes. You will need to pay APRA and PPCA directly for the broadcasting of commercial music within a commercial area.
